the objects of the cio, being undertaken in bolton and the surrounding areas, are as follows:a) to relieve the need of people suffering from dementia, or other mental health issues, and their carers, through the provision of therapeutic music, workshops and by any other means that the trustees should deem appropriate.b) the relief of emotional distress and suffering and the preservation and protection of the mental health of those who have suffered or are exposed to domestic violence and abuse in particular by the provision of counselling and peer support.
