the objects of the cio are: 1) the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in liverpool and the surrounding area by the provision of facilities for playing cricket, volleyball, football, badminton and such other sports capable of improving physical health and fitness. 2) to further or benefit the residents of liverpool, and in particular but not exclusively residents of sri lankan origin/descent, by advancing education and providing facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents.
