4.1 subject to clause 4.2 the fund is established exclusively to further the charitable purposes of the participating charities that directly or indirectly hold units in the sub-funds from time to time by the provision of a caif for the investment of sums of money and other property from time to time transferred to a sub-fund by or on behalf of a participating charity subject to the terms of this deed.4.2 if at any time there are no holders of units in the sub-funds, the fund shall have such charitable purposes as the manager and trustee shall determine from time to time.4.3 subject to the provisions of this deed and clause 4.1, a participating charity shall be entitled to the capital and income of a sub-fund in shares determined by reference to the amount or value of the monies or property transferred to the sub-fund by or on behalf of each participating charity and to the value of the sub-fund at the time of the transfers.
