1. the objects of the cio are that the ashley house hostel including any buildings hereafter to be erected thereon shall be held for the purposes of maintaining an approved hostel, approved home, approved school or other institution approved for receiving, supervising, educating and otherwise providing for all or any persons referred to ashley house hostel under the provisions of the criminal justice act 2000 or any legislation or order replacing or amending the same and for such purposes ancillary to the purposes hereinbefore described, including the provision and equipment of such recreation rooms (including a gymnasium) and clubs (if any) as in the opinion of the charity trustees shall be necessary or desirable to further such purposes as aforesaid.
