the objects of the cio (the “objectsâ€) are, for the public benefit;3.1. to promote social inclusion among people who have a learning disability or related physical or mental impairment, who are otherwise socially excluded from society or parts of society including as a result of their disability, but not exclusively, by:a) providing educational projects, training, materials, facilities and opportunities to enable those persons and their carers to participate in the performing and visual arts; andb) raising public awareness of the skills and capabilities of those persons, and encouraging and facilitating inclusive participation in the performing and visual arts; andnothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with [section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005] and [section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008].
