the objects of the charity are:(1) for the public benefit, the provision of education in particular, but not exclusively, by providing schools for children aged 11 to 16 who in particular, but not exclusively for those are deemed to be vulnerable and emotionally/behaviourally complex, who are at risk of, or have already been, excluded from school or from alternative provisions in the north east of england and such other parts of the united kingdom as the trustees may from time to time think fit.(2) for the public benefit, the prevention and/or relief of poverty among people who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress in the united kingdom by providing in particular but not exclusively, supported accommodation and transitional support for individuals leaving the care of the local authority.
