the objectives of the cio are:(1) to advance education of people with complex needs and people with disabilities in tanzania, in particular but not exclusively by developing:• care services which support learning• educational learning resources• learning centres and resources.(2) to promote and protect good health in tanzania by• the development of social care services for vulnerable people• financing organisations that provide care for vulnerable children• and in such other ways as the trustees see fit.
