1.to promote the resettlement of young people coming out of prison by way of family support, mediation and sign posting to housing, education and employment; and2.to advance education for the public benefit by providing accredited training programmes and supports to children, parents and professional social workers, teachers and foster carers working to address issues as early as possible so as to prevent anti-social behaviour and the risk of offending.nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with [section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005] and [section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008].
