the object of the cio are to advance education for the public benefit by promoting learning by parents and carers through the continued development of their individual capabilities, competencies, and understanding, in subjects of educational value,in particular by:-- supporting communication, behaviour, emotional, social and physical development through all stages of growth. - building on strengths and supporting aspirations so that parents and carers are able to provide the best opportunities for their charge(s). - promoting good physical and mental health for both children and their families, and addressing risk factors so that they are safe, free from poverty, and able to improve and self-sustain their well-being – helping adults to improve the skills that enable them to access education, training and employment.
