the charity’s objects (“objectsâ€) are specifically restricted to the following:to alleviate hardship and distress caused by the break up of family and marriage relationships and to preserve and protect the health both mental and physical of children and adults involved therein and more particularly to provide assistance through conciliation for couples whose relationships appear to be breaking down and where such relationships have already broken down, in particular but not exclusively by operating a family mediation service including child inclusive mediation, operating a supervised child contact centre providing for children contact with the non-resident parent or family member, supporting families experiencing domestic violence, anxieties, separation and mental health challenges and working with those on the edge of care to prevent them from entering the care system.
