the objects of the cio are to promote the physical and mental health and wellbeing, and the recovery and rehabilitation of:(1) those suffering from the effects of neurological disorders or conditions; and(2) wounded, injured and sick members of the armed forces, both serving and veteran;in each case by encouraging and facilitating their participation in sporting and recreational activities with the aim of improving their conditions of life; the provision of services, guidance and support; and such other means as the charity trustees shall from time to time decide.
