- to relieve and prevent poverty and financial hardship, for the public benefit, by in particular but not exclusively,(a) identifying support needs within the north west of england and enabling individuals to access services and support(b) providing money management and budgeting advice- to promote social inclusion for public benefit, within the north west of england, by preventing people from becoming socially excluded, and relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society.for the purpose of this clause 'socially excluded' means being excluded from society, or parts of society, as a result of poverty or one or more of the following factors: unemployment; financial hardship; youth or old age; ill health (physical or mental); disability, poor educational or skills attainment.- to advance education for public benefit, including provision of support, training and educational programmes which enable unemployed individuals from the north west of england to(a) move a step closer to employment(b) build on their skills and strengths, so they can reach their fullest potential and achieve their goals and ambitions, within their capabilities.- the promotion of good health for public benefit, in the north west of england, in particular but not exclusively by(a) delivering educational activities which increase knowledge and understanding of healthy living(b) providing events which provide high quality, healthy hot food and drinks for the community free of charge.- for the public benefit, the protection and preservation of the environment in the north west of england in particular but not exclusively by(a) the promotion of food waste reduction, recycling, use of surplus(b) advancing the education of the public on food waste reduction and waste recycling.- to promote any charitable purposes for the benefit of the community in the north west of england, and in particular the advancement of education and relief of poverty
