the objects of the cio shall be the provision and maintenance of a community centre, recreation areas and sports ground for the use of the inhabitants of the town of kesgrave without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants. if and in so far as the income of the charity cannot be applied toward the objects above it may be applied in providing or assisting in the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure-time occupation for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit.
