the objects of the cio are:(1)the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation, for the benefit of the inhabitants of derby, by the provision of opportunities for playing table tennis.(2)the promotion of table tennis sporting activities to foster understanding between people from diverse backgrounds.(3)to advance in life and help young people in derby through the provision of recreational and sporting activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.(4)the promotion of social inclusion for the public benefit among people who are refugees and asylum seekers who are socially excluded on the grounds of their social and economic position, by providing opportunities for recreational and sporting activities involving the local community.
