the objects of the charity are:3.1 to advance the education of the public, in particular but without limitation in the subject of literature;3.2 to promote the creative arts for the public benefit, in particular but without limitation the art of literature, whether fiction, non-fiction, drama or poetry, including by the provision of awards to authors of literary works;3.3 to advance health, in particular without limitation mental health; and3.4 such other objects, as shall be exclusively charitable by the law of england and wales, as the trustees shall decide. nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005 and section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008.
