to promote equality and diversity for the public benefit and in particular the elimination of discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation and gender identity of those living in bridlington and the surrounding areas in particular but not exclusively by:- delivering an annual bridlington pride event, a live music event marketed at the lgbt+ community, but inclusive of all. the event will promote community cohesion and will provide an opportunity for organisations providing health and wellbeing services to the lgbt+ community to access that audience.- deliver at least two other arts and culture events through the calendar year that appeals to a broader spectrum of the lgbt+ community.- support other initiatives aimed at the lgbt+ community.nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the propertyof the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance withsection 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005and section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008
