Objects:
the charity’s objects (‘objects’) are specifically restricted to the following:a) to advance the education of the public in the subjects of the conservation and protection of the physical and natural environment, sustainability, organic agriculture, horticulture and traditional crafts. b) to provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disability, financial hardship or social circumstances with the object of improving their conditions of life.c) to promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people, particularly but not exclusively children and young people from ethnic minority and socially isolated backgrounds, from being socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society through the provision of facilities in which they can undertake creative, physical or recreational activities, learn or pass on skills and knowledge and support each other socially.for the purpose of this clause ‘socially excluded’ means being excluded from society, or parts of society, as a result of being from an economically or socially disadvantaged community.d) to advance public education in and appreciation of the arts, in particular the arts of music, drama and visual arts, by the staging of an annual festival comprising of artistic performances, workshops and participatory events.
