to relieve sickness and to preserve and protect the health of people with motor neurone disease and neurological disorders by such means as the trustees deem fit, in particular but not limited to the following:-- providing training from medical professionals to volunteers;- providing befriending and emotional support to families/carers affected;- to act as a resource for people affected by mnd;- provide consultation, peer support and facilitate social development.- fundraising for training, research & running mnd events.
