the objects of the cio are:-(1) for the public benefit to advance the education of the pupils at st helena ame secondary school located in freetown sierra leone and to other educational institutions in sierra leone chosen by the trustees in such ways as the trustees think fit, including by awarding pupils scholarships, bursaries, assisted places, maintenance allowances or grants on the basis of financial need to enable them to attend school and (2) to advance education by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education at the school.
