1.1 the objects of the charity are: -a) to promote the islamic religion, as interpreted by the ahlus sunnah wal jamaa'ah by: -i. purchase and maintaining land in birmingham, england for the purpose of the burial of muslims according to the principles of islamic sharia law;ii. the provision of funeral and burial services for muslims and counselling support for the bereaved;iii. to provide funds for or towards the funeral expenses of persons of the islamic faith. b) to advance the education of general public in relation to islamic burial procedures of the deceased.
