"the charity's objects (""objects"") are specifically restricted to the following: to develop the capacity and skills of the members of the socially and economically disadvantaged community of haslingden in such a way that they are better able to identify and help meet their needs and to participate more fully in society, in particular but not exclusively by: (a) the delivery of educational and recreational activities that promote and support the development of new community relationships and wider community engagement; (b) the provision of education to raise awareness in haslingden and beyond of loneliness, isolation and dementia issues; (c) collaboration with other charities , voluntary organisations and public services in pursuance of the charityæs wider objects; (d) any other charitable activities as may be determined from time to time and that support the primary purpose."
