the objects of the charity are for the public benefit to further:(a) the advancement of education in particular, but not exclusively, in low and middle income countries worldwide including africa and through the funding of research, the results of which are publicly disseminated;(b) the conservation and preservation of the natural environment, biological diversity and the sustainable use of natural resources and ecological processes; and (c) such other charitable purposes as the trustees may in their absolute discretion determine.this article 3 may be amended by special resolution but only with the prior written consent of the commission.charitable purposes are defined as purposes that are exclusively charitable under the laws of england and wales.
