the objects of the cio are:for the public benefit the preservation and protection of good mental health of young people aged between 13 - 25 years old, in particular, but not exclusively, by:(1) teaching a range of coping skills and strategies to manage stress, including mindfulness, relaxation techniques and animal-assisted therapy.(2) advancing the education and raising awareness of how to support young people with emotional and mental health issues.
