the object of the cio is the provision and maintenance of the anthony hall (“the hallâ€) as a community venue for the use of the inhabitants of the parish of aston clinton and the surrounding parishes (“the inhabitantsâ€) without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for:(a) meetings, lectures, and classes;(b) other forms of recreation and leisure-time activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants;either gratuitously or in consideration of any money payment on such terms as the charity trustees may see fit and any monies so raised are to be used for the upkeep and running of the hall and the refurbishment, improvement or extension thereof.
