the cio shall further the following charitable purposes as the trustees see fit from time to time:-(1)to advance education form the public benefit by providing grants to organisations that support education, including but not limited to health education, in low-middle income countries;(2)to relieve poverty for the public benefit by providing grants to organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty in low-middle income countries; and (3)the relief of financial need and suffering among victims of natural or other kinds of disaster by providing grants to organisations in the form of one-off payments to support a crisis or disaster anywhere in the world.
