1. to advance such charitable purposes (according to the law of england and wales) as the trustees see fit from time to time, in particular but not limited to:the prevention or relief from poverty;the advance of education;the advancement of health or the saving of lives;the advancement of amateur sports;the advancement of environmental protection or improvement;the relief of those in need, by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage;the advancement of animal welfareto support (by making of grants and donations) small charitable organisations, established for the public benefit and for one or more of the purposes set out in clause 3.1 but limited to such organisations as are registered with the charity commission, which have fewer than 10 employees and an annual income of less than £1,000,000. to assist such charitable organisations to achieve their aims and in so doing to benefit all those who are supported by such organisations.
