to advance education in the arts for the public by providing and promoting opportunities for participation in, and the appreciation, understanding and enjoyment of arts and culture, including but not exclusively, visual art, music, dance, film, literature and cultural heritage. these will be achieved through the running and promotion of an annual arts festival in morley and the surrounding areas, using a variety of different delivery methods for the benefit of a wide audience, and such other activities throughout the year as the trustees shall from time to time determine.
