the objects of the charity (“objects”) are, for the public benefit: 3.1.1 to promote sustainable development with a view to relieving poverty, including but without limitation: (a) the improvement of communities facing poverty or social disadvantage; (b) the promotion of sustainable means of achieving economic growth and regeneration; and (c) the advancement of education and training for the public benefit. in this object, “sustainable development” means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. 3.1.2 the advancement of health, including the prevention or relief of sickness, amongst underprivileged communities in any part of the world, including but without limitation: (a) design and delivery of health programming; and (b) assisting with the development of a sustainable medical infrastructure.
