the objects of the cio are to preserve and protect the good health of children and adolescents who have a liver condition by: a. raising awareness of the existence of and impact of liver conditions in children and adolescents; and b. providing restricted donations through a nominated specialist centre to those directly affected by such a condition, where the child/adolescent is receiving medical treatment in order to provide some level of emotional respite for a nominated child/adolescent and/or family by facilitating or provision of a specialist treat or opportunity, such as birthday party, or equipment to help maintain contact with friends and family.
