6. the objects of the charity are to advance such charitable purposes (according to the law of england and wales) as the trustees see fit from time to time in such parts of the word as the trustees shall decide, in particular but not limited to: 6.1 the advancement of young people in life;6.2 the advancement of arts, culture and heritage; 6.3 the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill heath, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage;6.4 the advancement of amateur sport.for the purposes of this clause ‘sport’ is defined as sports or games which promote health by involving physical or mental skill or exertion.
