the objects of the cio are to advance such charitable purposes (according to the law of england and wales) as the trustees see fit from time to time, in each case by making donations to an organisation:(a)registered as a charity with the commission, the office of the scottish charity regulator or the charity commission for northern ireland; or(b)which is an exempt charity within the meaning of section 22 of the charities act 2011; or(c)which is a charity falling within section 30(2)(d) of the charities act 2011.
