3.1 the objects of the cio are for the public benefit and the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage :3.1.1 to advance the psychological and emotional welfare and wellbeing of adopted and looked-after children and their families or carers impacted by early-years trauma by providing:3.1.1.1 family/carer respite breaks, residential camps and activity days;3.1.1.2 parent/carer support groups, both residential and non-residential;3.1.1.3 therapeutic, educational and occupational support where statutory funding is not available or difficult to access3.1.1.4 activities to advance the wellbeing of adopted and looked-after children and to help parents/carers understand and develop their relationships;3.1.1.5 information, resources, advice and support for adopted and looked-after children and their families and/or carers.3.1.2 to raise public awareness of the difficulties faced by children who cannot live with their birth parents.3.1.3 to carry out, fund and publish research pursuant to all or any of the foregoing.
