the object of the cio is for the public benefit, to advance the education of students at jaffna sri parwathy vidyalayam in ariyalai, sri lanka by: a) carrying out research into the welfare needs of the school b) providing resources to address the welfare needs of the school c) promoting academic and extra-curricular excellence at the school d) providing physical resources that support high quality learning e) providing financial resources that support high quality learning. nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with [section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005] and [section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008].
