the following objects are for the public benefit and carried our in colne:-(1) to promote the conservation and enhancement of the physical and natural environment for the public benefit, primarily by informing people about its relevance and importance within their communities;(2) to advance the education of the public in the conservation, protection and, improvement of the physical and natural environment; and(3) to promote horticulture and floriculture for the benefit of the public by providing and encouraging the provision of displays of flowers, shrubs, trees and landscapes in places visible to the public.nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable.â€
