for the public benefit:1. to relieve the needs of current and former members of the armed forces; current and former members of police, fire and rescue services or ambulance services; and individuals who are providing, or who have provided, medical care and treatment to human beings on a professional basis [the beneficiaries], who have found themselves in conditions of need, hardship or distress in particular, but not exclusively, as a result of trauma or experiences related to their service.2. the advancement of mental, emotional and physical health amongst the beneficiaries; and3. the prevention or relief of poverty amongst the beneficiaries;by means that the trustees from time to time think fit, in particular, but without limitation, by:(a) providing grants, goods and services to beneficiaries and/or to charities, or other organisations for any or all of the purposes specified;(b) running conferences and seminars and events bringing experts in the fields of service-related physical and mental trauma together with those who have served, and those who support them, to share knowledge and experience.(c) the development and operation of an online community platform, designed to contain curated content provided by specialists, as well as being a place for beneficiaries to source support resources relevant to their needs).(d) funding the development and the publication of research in areas relevant to issues faced by the beneficiaries in order to further the objects.
