3.1 the charity's objects are restricted specifically, at all times only for the public benefit, to:3.1.1 the advancement of health and the saving of lives of members of the public anywhere in the world, by commissioning, procuring the development of, and acquiring technologies, techniques, designs, products and concepts to improve the processes, treatments and services within the national health service of england and wales (ônhsö), or any other not-for-profit or charitable organisation providing healthcare solutions (together with the nhs, ôhealthcare organisationsö), and providing such improvements, technologies, techniques, designs, products and concepts to those healthcare organisations;3.1.2 the relief of those in need by reason of ill-health or disability that require treatment from healthcare organisations by liaising with engineers, designers and producers of medical products, processes or services and those healthcare organisations to bring such products, processes or services to the patients being treated by those healthcare organisations.
