3.1 the objects of the cio are, for the public benefit, the advancement of the christian faith in accordance with the principles and practice of the church of england, within (but not limited to) the diocese of london, through the provision of community activities that focus, in particular but not exclusively, on amateur sport, health and wellbeing.3.2 subject to such consents as are required by the charities act 2011, this clause may be amended by special resolution of the members but only with the prior written consent of the bishop’s council of the diocese of london.
