the objects of the cio are: (1) the promotion of equality and diversity for the public benefit by educating and raising the awareness of the public in lesbian, bisexual, gay, transgender, and queer (lgbtq+) literature, culture and history, in particular, but not exclusively by:(a) publishing lgbtq+ literary work by emerging and socially excluded queer writers and re-publishing literary work by such socially excluded lgbtq+ authors which have fallen out of circulation to raise awareness of queer uk history;(b) holding workshops, bimonthly panels, discussions, and talks in community spaces;(c) maintaining an archive, digital and physical, of a body of literature and art by socially excluded lgbtq+ authors(d) holding creative workshops in collaboration with lgbtq+ organisations or art centres which foster positive sentiment in favour of equality across the different spheres of lgbtq+ identity.
