the following objects are for the public benefit, in particular but not limited to people from ethnic minority communities, migrants, refugees and asylum seekers by providing a drop in centre to provide training facilities and support services so as to advance them in life and assist them with the adaption within a new community:-to advance education in the subjects of english language and numeracy;to relieve financial hardship and unemployment in particular by the provision of vocational and skills training, advice and support; and to provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disability, financial hardship or social circumstances with the object of improving their conditions of life.
