the disadvantaged, the sick, the elderly, and the young is a public benefit. this can be measured and evidenced through increased social integration and pastoral care delivered at the point of need. the direct benefit of participation in church life includes the enjoyment of public worship and the giving and receiving of pastoral ministry, improved understanding of the values relating to civic engagement, community cohesion, and providing a bridge between diverse groups as well as improved educational outcomes through the churchæs ministry of teaching.the beneficiaries are the general public, and the public valuation of the benefits can be evidenced through attendance at public worship, participation in church governance, and willingness to support through contributions the continuing witness of the church. the wider benefit to the public will outweigh any detriment arising in the course of christian outreach. any private benefit arising out of the fulfilment of our christian ministry or to lay, staff, is essential to the fulfilment of the purpose of the advancement of religion. no trustee receives remuneration, reward, or other private benefits for carrying out their trustee responsibility.purpose 2:raising a new generation of leaders across all levels and strata of the society. the expression of this object is built around the body of knowledge on the domain of leadership in all its ramifications and upon practices of christian values and biblical principles. furtherance to the fulfillment of this object, ttc will work to advance and promote leadership principles and practices as well as train leaders and aspiring leaders to be effective leaders through engagement with world-class leadership development faculties in delivering leadership education programs and events among the christian community and the general public. additionally, ttc will encourage and support the promotion of research into leadership and the public dissemination of valuable results thereon that can positively impact governance.the beneficiaries are the general public, and the benefits can be evidenced through attendance at leadership events (conferences, boot camps, masterclasses, etc), published leadership research work, alumni, and beneficiaries of various leadership development initiatives. the wider benefit to the public will outweigh any detriment arising in the course of christian outreach. any private benefit arising out of the fulfillment of this object or to lay, staff, is essential to the fulfillment of the purpose of the advancement of activities either on its own or with others that will vary from time to time with activities being initiated, expanded, or closed, as appropriate.the activities may include but are not restricted to:- regular public worship, prayer- bible study, preaching, and teaching;- baptism- enriching and rescuing marriages through singles and married relationship master class- facilitating leadership and entrepreneurship sessions to support the emerging generation of global leaders- the communion of the lordæs supper which shall normally be observed at least once a month;- evangelism and mission, locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally;- the teaching, encouragement, welcome, and inclusion of young people;- nurturing and growth of christian disciples;- education and training for christian and community service;- giving and encouraging pastoral care;- supporting and encouraging charitable social action in the united kingdom and abroad;- encouraging relationships with and supporting the global network of the transforming church and other christians in the uk and globally.notwithstanding the appointment of persons to accept responsibility for any of the activities, all individuals, organizations, groups, and committees operating within the life of the church, and their leaders, shall be accountable to the charity trustees and also through any specific direction of the church membersæ meeting.income and capitalsources of income for the church include:- collection- (tithe and offering)- loan- sales of multimedia materials- response to a special appeal- purchase of an item- general gift- gift for specific purposes- refund- rental incomeapplication of income and capitalthe income of the charity and any capital shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the purpose and activities of the charity.
