the objects of the cio are:(1) the relief of poverty for the public benefit, in particular but not exclusively by:(a) helping families in financial hardship living in birmingham and the surrounding area improve their living accommodation by the provision of free materials and labour.(b) helping homeless people in birmingham and the surrounding area by the provision of accommodation, employment and training.(2) to promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment for the public benefit, in particular but not exclusively by engaging with the local communities to encourage litter picking and tree planting projects in publicly accessible spaces.
