the objects of the cio ('the objects') are for the public benefit:3.1. to relieve the needs of persons of all ages in the fairground community (?showmen?) experiencing mental health problems, in particular by enabling and empowering showmen to live with, manage and recover from their condition;3.2. to promote the preservation of good mental health, in particular by:3.2.1. increasing understanding of mental health and mental health problems within the fairground community;3.2.2. working to raise awareness and to challenge stigma and discrimination regarding mental health problems within the fairground community; and3.2.3. promoting public education and research into mental health problems of all kinds, their prevention, causes, treatment and care.
