the objects of the cio are:1) the promotion of equality and diversity, for the public benefit by:(a) the elimination of discrimination on the grounds of gender or age;(b) advancing education and raising awareness in equality and diversity including but not limited to the creation of e-learning tools and resources;(c) cultivating a sentiment in favour of equality and diversity2) to relieve the needs of men,women and children, who have experienced, or are at risk of experiencing, violence and abuse, including by, without limitation, the provision of advice, support, services and items directed at improving their conditions of life. 3) to advance in life and help vulnarable adults, children and young people in under privileged communities through:(a) the provision of educational, recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life;(b) providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals
