Objects:
the objects of the cio are :-3.1 to advance the christian faith; and3.2 relieve those in need, by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage primarily but not exclusively by providing grants to individuals in need and/or to individuals, charities or other organisations working to advance the christian faith or relieve those in need as described in clause 3.2.nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005 and section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008.
