the object of the cio is: to act as a resource for young people up to the age of 18 living in the ngando slums, nairobi kenya by providing such assistance support and items as the trustees see fit and organising programmes of educational, physical and other activities as a means of: • advancing their education;• developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals;• relieving unemployment;• providing recreational and leisure time activity in the interests of social welfare with a view to improving their conditions of life; and• preserving and protecting their health and wellbeing.
