Objects:
3.1.1 to advance arts, culture and/or heritage in the administrative area of epping forest district; and/or3.1.2 to develop the capacity and skills of the members of the socially and economically disadvantaged community in the administrative area of epping forest district in such a way that they are better able to identify and help meet their needs and to participate more fully in society; and/or3.1.3 to further or benefit the residents of the administrative area of epping forest district without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions by associating together the said residents and the local authority, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for residents; and/or3.1.4 the promotion for the benefit of the public of urban or rural regeneration in areas of social and economic deprivation in the administrative area of epping forest district by all or any of the following means:3.1.4.1 the advancement of education, training and re-training, particularly among unemployed people;3.1.4.2 the creation of training and employment opportunities by the provision of work space, buildings and/or land for use on favourable terms;3.1.4.3 the maintenance, improvement or provision of public amenities;3.1.4.4 the preservation of buildings or sites of historic or architectural importance;3.1.4.5 the provision of recreational facilities to be available to the public at large;3.1.4.6 the provision of public health facilities and childcare;3.1.4.7 the promotion of public safety and prevention of crime.
