the objects of the cio are, for the public benefit:-4.1.to promote the preservation of mental health and to assist in relieving and rehabilitating persons suffering from a mental illness and to assist such persons (including their carers and families) by way of support, education or practical advice and in such other ways as the charity trustees may from time to time decide; and4.2.the relief of those in need for reasons of age, disability, ill-health, financial or other disadvantaged, particularly (but without limitation) widows and their children in ghana by the provision of funds, items or practical support.
