the objects of the cio are:the provision and maintenance of the corner house and the war memorial hall for the useof the inhabitants of charlbury and the surrounding area without distinction of political,religious or other opinions, including use for:(a) meetings, lectures and classes; and(b) other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving theconditions of life for the inhabitants; and(c) any other charitable activity for community benefit as the trustees shall think appropriate.
