the object of the cio is: to promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society anywhere in, but not limited to, the district of east dorset and bournemouth, christchurch and poole, by enhancing life skills of such people through interaction with horses or by advancing the education of such people and those supporting such people.for the purpose of this clause ‘socially excluded’ means being excluded from society, or parts of society, as a result of one of more of the following factors: ill health (mental or physical); problematic or anti social behaviour; domestic abuse; substance abuse or dependency (including alcohol and drugs); poor educational or skills attainment; dysfunctional family dynamics or crime (as an offender rehabilitating into society).
