the objects of the cio are:a. for the public benefit, the preservation, conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment and biodiversity of st john’s wood and st helena’s church to encourage others to engage with, understand, enjoy and protect the woodland and church site.b. in pursuance of the above, to advance the education of the public.nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (scotland) act 2005 and section 2 of the charities act (northern ireland) 2008.
